A truly lovely property set out over three floors with entrance from roof level.
The large roof terrace with furniture gives views to sea and mountains . The shady entrance patio also has dining furniture ideal for children.
The kitchen which is fully equipped, lounge, dining area ,guest w.c. and large terrace leading from lounge are all on this level There is sat.t.v. and d.v.d.
The second level has two double bedrooms both with full ensuite bathrooms andl ots of storage space.There is a small terrace through sliding doors off the main bedroom.
The third and ground floor level has a suite containing twin beds three sofas coffee table etc. there is also a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
Entrance to the pool area is through a private terrace area and steps to pool terrace, this area is also furnished.
There are lots of amenities in the area including watersports, tennis, golf, horseriding, hillwalking and mountainbiking.
The beach is a short 10 minutes stroll and has a lovely promenade area with lots of cafes and restaurants. The beach is safe and has childrens play area.
The centre of Nerja is about 10 mins by car and approx 20 mins walk. It is a town which has retained its Spanish charm and welcomes tourists with open arms. It is an ideal place for a family holiday.
Eating out is a joy there is such a variety of eating places a meal can cost as little or as much as you wish to spend.
The local villages of Frigilianna and Maro are worth a visit and nearby Torrox costa has a fine promenade and a good beach.
The famous Nerja caves are 5 minutes drive from Las Flores.
The whole atmosphere of Nerja is something which stays with you long after your holiday is over and the many return visitors are a testament to this.
