This Playa Blanca rental property has a spacious double bedroom on the first floor with built in wardrobes & safe, which has an en suite bathroom comprising full bath with shower and matching his n hers wash hand basins, toilet and bidet and a hairdryer.

The bedroom opens onto the balcony, which goes all the way round to the side where there is a large sunny roof patio with panoramic views across the sea to Fuerteventura, to the mountains across the plain behind the property and of the nearby Red Volcano (which is well worth a walk to the top of at sunset).

On the ground floor there is a second bedroom complete with twin beds and built in wardrobes & shelves and is a second bathroom, comprising bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. A separate fully fitted kitchen and large lounge diner with rustic, finca style table and chairs, two sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player and a portable music radio-CD player (there are some DVD s in the property, but please make sure you bring some with you).


The villa kitchen has an oven and hob, cooker hood, additional microwave, large family fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board and extras such as a large cool bag and ice blocks etc.

The lounge diner has two sets of french doors opening out onto a sunny front terrace that is ideal for breakfast or for or al-fresco dining there are patio table and chair sets outside, together with sun-loungers, both at ground and at balcony level.

The holiday Villa is fully cleaned before arrival and supplied with ample bed linen and bathroom, but not pool towels.
