There is a spacious double bedroom on the first floor, which has an en suite bathroom comprising bath with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
This bedroom has french windows opening onto a sunny balcony overlooking the front garden with private pool and large patio, plus single door opening onto second balcony at the side of the Villa. Both of these have panoramic views across the sea to Fuerteventura beyond.

At the top of the stairs there is a door leading out onto another series of large sunny balconies, these having views across the communal pool area and of the nearby Red Volcano!

Downstairs there are two twinrooms, a second bathroom, comprising bath/shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and the separate WC. Also on the ground floor there is a separate fully fitted kitchen and large lounge diner with rustic, finca style table and chairs, two sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player (complete with a small library of films) and portable music radio-CD player.

The lounge diner has two sets of french doors that open onto the sunny front terrace where there is a patio table and chair set, an ideal location for a leisurely breakfast or al fresco dining. This terrace has been enlarged to accommodate the private pool.

The separate kitchen has an oven and hob, additional microwave, large family fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board and other extras.

There are patio table & chair sets outside, together with sun-loungers, at ground and at balcony level.

The Villa is fully cleaned before arrival and supplied with ample bed linen and bathroom, but not pool towels.
