Our holiday Villa is situated in quiet cul-de-sac close to Las Ramblas Golf Course, Costa Blanca, Spain. Just 45 Minutes drive south of Alicante airport and only 20 minutes from the historic town of Torreveija.
The holiday villa has two bedrooms one twin and one double. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out onto the shady garden, both bedrooms have ceiling fans and all the rooms have oil filled radiators for the cooler months.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
The large lounge has a TV, DVD, and CD player and access onto the outside terrace where you will find reclining sun chairs and steps leading to the front garden. From the terrace you can also access the private rooftop solarium, BBQ area and the large conservatory, which is equipped with a dining table, comfy chairs and a CD player.
There are three stunning swimming pools exclusively for use by residents of Calle Cazorla.
Local, shops, supermarkets and restaurants all with five minutes drive and the little coves and beaches of Cabo Roig and La Zenia are within ten minutes drive. It is just over an hours drive to the Terra Mitica theme park in Bendidorm.
It is just a short walk to the Club House and first tee of Las Ramblas Golf Course. Villamartin and Campoamor Golf Course are only five minutes away.
