All on one level it contains all you need for a fantastic holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes dressing table and bedside drawers.
Second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, and bedside drawers.
Third bedroom has twin beds large wardrobe with ample drawer space and bedside drawers.
Two Bathrooms, the main bathroom has shower and bath double vanity unit and bidet. The second bathroom has bath shower and wash basin.
The large comfortable lounge has seating for six people, TV with Satellite, DVD player and music centre, doors to patio and pool.
The fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, all crockery, and utensils,a utility room contains a washing machine, ironing board, iron etc.
The separate Dining room has large table for six persons.
Outside the large private garden, has an 8 x 4 mtr Solar Heated Pool with additional childrens section, Sun Loungers, patio furniture and built in BBQ area along with a outside shower.
The garden is quite large and completely walled for security and privacy and is not over looked.
