Off road secure parking is available and the area is away from through traffic and quietly residential.
The south facing garden is secluded and stocked with exotic plants. It has views to the Pinosol hills in the south and Montgo mountain in the north.
The accomodation is arranged on two levels, with the lower level able to provide self-contained accomodation - perfect for parents/grandparents or teenagers! The layout is also perfect for groups of friends who wish to share the pool but have their own space inside the villa.
High quality furniture and fittings are provided throughout, and there is an entertainment system provided with satellite tv (free to air programmes), and Sony surround sound system with cd, Dvd, and Nicam video recorder.
