This new town house is on Green 14 of the Nuevo Portil Golf Course and is finished to a high standard.
The ground floor comprises a luxury fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, a large lounge/dining room with seating for 6 and a cloakroom. There is a patio garden with gate leading to the communal grounds and pool area.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, a double with ensuite and terrace, and a twin bedded room. A second bathroom is also on this floor.
The top floor has a further twin room with a terrace and views over the pool and golf course.
The unspoilt sandy beach is a 10 minute walk, as are the local shops, bars and restaurants. A wider selection can be found in the fishing village of El Rompido, a 5 minute drive, and there is a Carrefour Hypermarket 15 minutes drive away.
Sailing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing and fishing are available year-round. At nearby Cartaya there is a waterpark open June to September, and an all year round Karting track for adults and children.
As the beaches are so vast, you can always find yourself a quieter spot if you prefer it or plan a picnic among the dunes which fringe the beaches. The beauty of the area is that there are no high-rise buildings on the beaches and they retain their natural, tranquil feel.
Seville is only an hours drive as well as the National Park of Doņana. Other resorts of Islantilla, La Antilla and Isla Cristina are all within 20 minutes drive. The bustling town of Ayamonte is within 25 mins drive and is situated on the border with Portugal on the River Guardiana, a ferry runs frequently to and from the town of Vila Real San Antonio in Portugal.
