Casa Rosulida is a luxurious detached villa (completed in Feb 2004) with private heated pool, large sun terrace/gardens and roof terrace with exceptional views of the lighthouse, Montana volcano and across the sea to Fuerteventura.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area with the sea front just 150m away. A 100m walk leads to a row of shops including supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurant. The nearest beach is just a 20mins walk.

Inside, the villa is impressive with high ceilings and marble floors throughout. The spacious lounge area has two comfortable settees, and is equipped with satelite TV & a DVD/video. A varied selection of DVD's, videos, CD's and books are free to use. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven/hobs, fridge/freezer and there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room has a table and chairs seating six.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a second bathroom with a large marble tiled walk in shower. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. Two pull out beds are also available – suitable for children (meaning the villa can sleep 6). A cot, highchair and stroller are also available at no extra charge.
