This Costa Almeria Spain holiday rental villa is delightfully situated in the tranquil village of El Pinar.
Casa Piedras is a private holiday villa set in 3/4 of an acre of land with a variety of sunny and shaded areas for alfresco dining.
The large 10x5m Roman-style pool has ample patio space, 6 sunloungers, gazebo, and lighting.
The Holiday Accomodation comprises entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, large dining room with double sofabed, lounge with doors opening on to the rear garden. Two fully-fitted twin-bedded rooms, both en-suite bathrooms and hairdryers. The huge master bedroom room has panoramic views of the mountains and the village of El Pinar, king size bed, walk-in wardrobe,a large en-suite bathroom and a 120cm sofa bed suitable for 2 children. Cot and highchair arranged on request. All bathrooms have over-bath showers.
The villa has Satellite TV, Playstation2/DVD CD player and BBQ. For winter lets there is a wood burning stove & wall mounted heaters in every room.
Casa Piedras has the advantage of being a Spanish farmhouse-style villa with extensive grounds and offers modern amenities fully equipped to a high standard. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the centre of the village and the village bar restaurant, is not overlooked by any other property and boasts fantastic views of the Sierra Cabrera Mountains.
El Pinar is a small mountain village situated in the foothills of the Sierra Filabres Mountains close to the delightful towns of Bedar, Mojacar and Garrucha. In the centre of the village there is a bar and restaurant with its own pool.
The local shops are a 5 minute drive away therefore a car is essential.
