This two-bedroom two-bathroom luxury spain holiday rental apartment is situated in El Faro, Mijas Costa on the coast between Malaga and Marbella, just 25 minutes from the airport.
It is ideal for summer beach holidays, golfing, sight-seeing, and even ski-ing in the winter is only 1hr 40mins away.
Located in an elevated position and southwest facing, Balcones del Chaparral is a new development of luxury apartments set in landscaped gardens with two large tropical lagoon-style swimming pools, with outdoor jacuzzi and is close to the beach. It has panoramic mediterranean sea views, its own terrace and lawned area and is close to the pool.
This rental apartment is newly-furnished to a high specification, having air-conditioning, under-floor heating, security entry system and top quality marble flooring. Each room has been tastefully furnished and co-ordinated by a local designer and both kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. El Chaparral lies in Mijas Costa, 5km west of Fuengirola and 20km east of Marbella, and 30km (25min) from Malaga airport.
It is a quiet up-market area comprising mainly residential villas and some apartments. There are many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, and Marbella, Fuengirola and Puerto Banus for great nightlife. Close by is the village of La Cala with its blue flag beaches and many Spanish bars and beaches.
There are several excellent golf courses a short taxi ride away, the beach is ten minutes walk from the apartment, and there are shops, bars and restaurants five to ten minutes walk away.
