This pretty villa can accomodate up to four people. It has one twin-bedded room and one double bedded room, a bathroom with bath and shower over, kitchen with oven,hob,fridge-freezer,microwave and lounge/diner with tv, dvd and mini hifi. It is air-conditioned and fully equipped with all linen you will need for your stay apart from beach/pool towels. There is an 8m X 4m private pool with roman steps, outside terrace and gardens equipped with sun loungers, outside shaded eating area and gas bbq.
There is lots of information in the villa on local beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and ideas for days out. This friendly urbanisation has its own restaurant/bar, tennis courts, petanque rinks and a huge tropical communal pool (normally only open July/August)
Local activities include golf, diving, mountain biking, hiking.
We are located 10 minutes from Puerto de Mazarron which has a promenade lined beach, many varied restaurants and a brand new marina. We are 45 minutes from the naval port of Cartagena with its historic amphitheatre, shops and pavement cafés and 20 minutes away from the Sierra Espuna National Park with its nature trails and fantastic mountain scenery.
We are an hour south of Alicante Airport, 40 minutes west of Murcia (San Javier) Airport or an hour east of Almeria Airport - making us very accessible with low-cost airlines.
