SUPERB TWO BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOUSE OVERLOOKING LARGE SWIMMING POOL
Set amongst the lush orange and lemon groves of Campoamor, this is a superb property, located on an exclusive development beside the Campoamor golf course.
The house built in 2002 has been furnished to an excellent standard. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and utility room and a large lounge with a sofa bed and dining area, sleeping up to 6 people. Sorry, no pets. This is a very well designed, spacious property and has been well equipped to provide a very comfortable home for long or short-term holiday accommodation. It is indeed the original golfers paradise!
OUTSIDE/GARDEN
This property is an ideal holiday base. To the front of the property is a terrace, which overlooks the large communal swimming pool. A sun terrace from the main bedroom, also has views of the pool area, and from the rooftop solarium there are panoramic views to the sea and along the coast to La Manga. The golf course and clubhouse are only a few minutes walk. Next to the clubhouse is the superb Royal Campoamor Hotel complex, which includes an excellent restaurant and has stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The local shops, bars and restaurants are all within five minutes drive and the glorious sandy beaches at La Zenia and Campoamor are only ten minutes by car. The thriving town of Torrevieja is also within easy reach and further golf courses can be found at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Greenlands and La Finca, all within 15 minutes by car. Further afield are Alicante, La Manga and the Mar Menor, all are about 45 minutes by car.
RENT INCLUDES
Short term includes all bills. Long term by negotiation. All linen and towels supplied with the exception of beach towels.
