Conveniently located with easy access, 5 minutes drive from Vejer. It is within a few minutes drive to the beautiful and unspoilt beaches of the Coast of Light, the Costa de la Luz - El Palmar surf beach and Canos de Meca, 15 minutes from Conil an old fishing town on the coast. 30 minutes drive away is Tarifa, famous for kitesurfing and you can take a 35 minute ferry to Morocco. Less than a 5 minute drive away is Dehesa Montenmedio Equestrian Centre and 4 star Golf Club set in nature reserves. At the end of the drive is a riding stables where you can enjoy a ride on andalucian horses in the beautiful landscapes and surrounding hills with magnificent views of La Janda. There are 2 local restaurants/ventas within a few minutes walk. In the next village there are 2 very good restaurants. The historical towns of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville are all within easy reach.
Bedrooms: Bedroom with 2 single bed, the beds can be put together if you prefer. Large built in wardrobe with shelves.
Bathrooms: The new shower room has a wash hand basin, shower and WC and towel radiator.
Kitchen: The kitchen area with dining table and chairs is well equipped. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker and fridge.
Utility Room: Use of washing machine.
Living Rooms: The open-plan sitting area has French doors leading out to a private patio and garden area. There is a futon sofa bed which can be used as a double bed instead. The high ceilings keep it cool in summer. There is a Satellite TV, CD, DVD and video player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Cotton bed linen and towels are supplied & the property is cleaned weekly on Saturday.
