Las Piñas villa is beautifully set on an unspoilt part of the Costa Brava. It is 7-minutes walk to Pals beach and a few more minutes to hidden swimming coves. Just as close are good restaurants, food shops, pubs, newsagent etc. Pals Golf course is a quick walk away.
You will find the house bright, very comfortable and managed to high standards. You’ll park on the quiet tree lined access road, just by the entrance to front garden or in allocated parking within the development. Downstairs the modern kitchen is very well equipped and the separate living and dining room leads on to a covered terrace with lounge chairs and further dining furniture. The hedged garden is illuminated at night and has access to beautifully landscaped lawns and shared swimming pool. Upstairs, the three double bedrooms (two x Twins, one Queen) all have ceiling fans, blackout blinds and optional insect screening. Bedding is clean and comfortable. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Juliette balcony is air-conditioned. All rooms have wide windows to pleasant views.
Importantly, the owners are committed to keeping standards high and making sure you have a good stay. They or their assistant are available at all times.
Though the villa is quietly placed, you can walk quickly to Pals Golf Course, Restaurants, Pubs, Shops. A 6-minute drive takes you to medieval Pals town and on to Begur hill town, or to fishing villages like Sa Reira, Tamariu and LlaFranc. All about are sandy bays, green and gold countryside and ancient villages. Good restaurants abound. And large hotels and high-rise apartments do not occur here.
