This fantastic 3 bed 2 bath (one on-suit) villa is set in one of the best locations that you could wish for. With all the shops, bars and restraints within easy walking distance. And a golf course at the bottom of the garden for those sporting guests.

The villa itself offers the holiday maker all that is Spain from 3 out door sitting areas + all the patio area around the 8 by 4 private swimming pool, to 2 BBQ areas and out door kitchen area. The lush green garden surrounds the property so it’s easy to get the sun all day or as you may wish the shade. There is a large pine tree in the garden that not only adds a very cool area to the garden, but it’s a great place to hang the hammock from. The upstairs balcony offers fantastic views across the well kept golf course and the hills beyond.
In side the villa you are presented with a large open plan living space with dinning room and American style kitchen, this area is more than adequate to sit 6 to 8 people with comfort. The main bedroom has an on-suit bathroom and shower. The double patio doors open to the patio and is a fantastic place to watch the sun come up. The other 2 double rooms share a full bath room and is separated from the living area by its own private door.
All that you would expect from a property of this standard is included, from quality bedding and towels to the best in kitchen ware. The private drive that leads down to the villa not only offers peace and quite, but the electric gates offer total security.

The bars and restraints can be reached by either road or a short walk over the golf course (there is a gate at the bottom of the garden) there is a brilliant selection, of not only places to eat from a Wok (Chinese) eat as much as you can, to Indian and Italian. A super market and a few other covenant stores are also within walking distance, 2 of which offer everything that is English.
If you have come to Spain to be Spanish then a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Town of Rojales will show how the locals live, its all that you need from Spain.
4 and a half miles away and only a 7 minute drive will see you on the beach at Guardamar a favorite place for all.

This fantastic 3 bed villa has been built in the most perfect location that you could require. Not only do you have a golf course at the bottom of your garden, but also a few minutes walk away you have all the bars, restaurants and shops that you could possibly need. The property its self offers a lovely warm atmosphere. The garden surrounds the property so you will find many cool places to sit and relax. Maybe in the hammock or the many other sitting areas that we have placed under the pine tree or on the balcony. The sun is on the villa all day so if you are a sun seeker then you just have to follow it round as it passes over, from the early morning when it comes though your bedroom window till the evening when it drops behind the hills. The 8 by 4 meter pool is private with ample sitting areas. 2 out door BBQ areas are available to the holiday maker
