The Villa is built and furnished to a high standard including air conditioning. Everything you need to have a sporting, family or quiet relaxing holiday is there for you.
There are 3 double/twin bedrooms - 1 ensuite and 2 other bathrooms. The matresses are high quality designed for a good sleep!
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine and microwave. The lounge has Cable TV/DVD/Video and CD comfortable seating for 6 and a dining area.
The Villa is designed for outdoor living in the 320+ days of sunshine per year you get in the Mar Menor region. There is a ground floor large covered terrace with table and chairs. This is now fully glazed to maximise out door living. There are beautiful landscaped gardens with sun beds, to sit out and soak up the sun or find a shady spot under the Olive Tree. Upstairs there is a large sun terrace equipped also with sun beds, table and chairs.
The 7 x 4 kidney shaped pool is 1.8m deep but has a safety cover and is fenced to make it safe for children.
Our Villa is designed to be family friendly so has games and activities for children as well as cot and high chair for hire.
Some of the best golf courses in Spain are within a 20 km radius as well as the course on your doorstep. There are other sporting activities nearby as well as great beaches and local towns to visit. The Mar Menor - inland sea - has very safe bathing for children and is great for walking and cycling along the promenades which stretch for kilometres.
The whole Resort is very secure, with a perimeter fence and 24 hour security, once again safe for families and relaxing holidays and its own village centre.
