This privately owned luxury Villa is very popular and on the south east coast of Menorca.
It is full equipped and comprises 5 beds, (2 double & 3 twins) three bathrooms, two kitchens, two lounges with TV radio.
Kitchens include fridge freezer, oven, microwave, George Forman Grills. Interiors include electric fans, safes, emergency equipment and lighting.
From the comfortable lounges, the double glazed doors lead onto a terrace and patio, furnished with, tables, chairs, sunbeds and parasols, this being adjacent to a beautiful designer shaped pool. The property also includes, pool shower, laundry room. luggage room, small bathroom, illuminated gardens, palm tree bbq area with table & chairs, plus plenty of sun bathing and shaded areas.
All this with Spectacular Sea Views, overlooking the clear blue sea towards Majorca and our local island, Isle Del Aire. Just a short 15 minute drive from Menorca Airport and only a 4 minute walk to our Punta Prima white sandy beach, shops, restaurants, and bars.
For those who have not visited Menorca before, it is a beautiful family island with over 100 beaches. Unlike its sister Islands of Majorca and Ibiza it has resisted intrusive expansion and is certainly the Jewel in the Balearic Crown.
Menorca has something for everyone, water sports, golf, diving school, boating, fishing from your doorstep! excellent walking around this historic island.
Minimum rentals are one week to one month; longer periods and winter rentals are possible. We provide accommodation only with a local property management company offering services, linen, cleaning, maid's service, welcome visit etc.
