Villa del Viņedos (Villa of the Vineyard) is located in the tranquil area of Las Villares only 3km from Chiclana town centre and 15-20 mins to the beautiful beaches of Playa Bongo and La Barrosa. The Villa is exceptionally well appointed, it being furnished as the primary residence of the British owners. A good selection of books, videos and DVDs are provided. The Livng/Dining room has an open log fire, SKY TV/Video/DVD, ceiling fan & portable air conditioning unit, two Cream leather sofas and a Beech dining table & chairs. The kitchen features Oak units with granite worktops and a pine dresser, includes gas hob, fan oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer & microwave. Vast selection of cookware and tableware. House bathroom has shower cubicle, WC, bidet & basin. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes the master having a king size bed and the other two have double beds. The en-suite bathroom has corner bath with shower, WC, bidet & basin. Ceiling fan in master & freestanding fans in other 2 rooms. The Master bedroom has SKY TV. The Villa is set in 1,200 sq mtrs of landscaped garden with an 8x4m swimming pool with lights for evenings, alongside the pool is a paved area with a stone table & chairs, sunloungers and a pump house with fridge/freezer for poolside drinks. The front porch has an upholstered teak garden lounge set with a sofa, 2 chairs & coffee table. The side porch has glass & bamboo table & chairs for al-fresco dining with a gas BBQ.
