The private rental property has a security door with entry phone system to our small block of 6 apartments within the Balcon del Golf complex of Riviera del Sol, Costa del Sol

The holiday apartment has marble and tiled floors throughout one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, lounge/diner, small sunny terrace off - overlooking beautiful gardens and pools, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. An additional solarium for sunbathing on the roof!

There are four communal pools within the Balcon del Golf complex - and beautiful gardens with both shady and sunny areas to sit in. Access to the gardens and pools is via a separate gateway and this reduces the risk of young children being able to gain access to the pools unaccompanied and helps keep them safe.

The apartment has all mod cons - satellite TV with selected channels and DVD/CD to keep the kids entertained! Cartoons provided!
Large fridge/freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven and integral grill, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are two sofas in the lounge - one of which converts into a further double bed. Although the apartment will sleep 6 we think it is more comfortable for 4! Bedding and towels are provided, there are even toys for the kids.

The whole Riviera del Sol area is well serviced with sports clubs, golf courses, bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and visitor attractions. Adjacent to us is a timeshare complex with a small shop, bars and restaurants. They even put on nightly entertainment programmes!
