This spain holiday home consists of two double bedrooms one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, with two bathrooms and a downstais shower room ( sleeps nine people).
There is a fully fitted kitchen, with gas hob and dishwasher. There is a lounge/ diner,a shaded garden and a roof terrace.
It has its own garden front and rear and a garage and utility room with washing machine in basement.
There is a large shared swimming pool, paddle court and beautifully kept private gardens to the rear of the property.
It is only 1 mins walk to 20km of golden sand and a turquiose blue sea.
There is a small supermarket near by and many resurants within easy walking distance.
This is the ideal family location, and out of season it is a warm quiet place to relax and recharge the batteries.
The rental accommodation is situated in Atlanterra an area just outside the small town of Zahara de los Atunes which has a quaint old church, a ruined fortress, a variety of resturants, a few shops, a small market and a few cafes and bars.
It was until recently a small fishing village and one can still see men making fishing nets by hand.
Barbate is the larger seaside town, with bigger supermarkets and many shops. This is about 15 min in the car along an unspoilt coastal road.
The surrounding area is interesting for those who like to explore, with Vejer a typical Spanish hillside town, Cape Trafalgar and Tarifa for the surfers and Medina Sidonia for the historians. Farther afield there is Malaga, Gibralta,
Seville and Granada.
The area is reached by flying into Jerez (1hour 20 mins) from Stanstead (cheap flights from Ryan Air) or into Malaga(two hours 15 mins) from a variety of airports.
