Beautifully furnished villa, bought for the familys own use. It has 3 bedrooms 1 en-suite. It features an 8x3 fully enclosed pool for child safety. The garden is laid mainly to patio with the rest of the garden planted with flowers and shrubs and a smal lawn. The La Barrosa beach is 10/15 min drive. The beaches are second to none in Spain, most of the year it is like having your own beach, it is not until July/August that the locals take advantage of what is on their doorstep. You are 20 min drive to many of Spains most beautiful towns and cities. Jerez Airport is 40 min drive and Gibraltar around 90 min. There are many beautiful golf courses in this area and we can advise on many aspects including reduced green fees and tee times, booking service which is available. Jerez which is around 20km drive and is famous for its sherry of course, and also the Andalucian Riding School and its famous horses. The GP circuit at Jerez is also close by for all you motor sport
fanatics.
Bedroom 1 is a double en-suite.
Bedroom 2 has one single bed and a full size double bunk bed.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room.
En-suite to bedroom 1 shower and bidet.
Main bathroom again with shower and bidet.
Kitchen is fitted with oven and hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, breakfast table.
Lounge has seating capacity for 8 adults. Double sofa bed, English TV.
All clean linen and towels are provided for each person. If you have a booking of two or more weeks we deliver clean linen and towels at the end of each week and collect all dirty linen. The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and again when you leave.
