This brand new apartment, situated in the beautiful Cumbre del Sol has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
The apartment is furnished to the highest standards and comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, American style kitchen, living/dining room, large balcony and air conditioning.
The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with oven, grill, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and utensils.
Washing machine, clothes drier, hoover and cleaning equipment.
Lounge/dining room with dining table (seats 6), two large sofas (one sofa bed), t.v and dvd. Air conditioning for those hot summer days.
Large Balcony with outdoor table, 6 chairs and two sun loungers.
There is air conditioning fitted in the living area and main bedroom, this is ideal in those hot summer months but it also can be switched to warm air in the winter.
Cots and highchairs are available to hire if required.
The uninterrupted views from the west facing balcony allow you to watch the sun set over the Sierra Bernia Mountains. Together with the two stunning double infinity pools surrounded by landscaped garden, bar/cafe and a quiet beach for local residents you are guarenteed a relaxing break.
For those looking for a more active holiday there are several golf courses, horse riding, watersports and the large sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea approx 15mins away.
In the beautiful towns of Javea and Moraira you will find lots of lovely bars and restauraunts, supermarkets and shops.
Denia is around a 30 minute drive away, here you can catch a ferry to Ibiza.
The lively town of Benidorm is about a 40 minute drive away. For the children you can find, Mundomar sea world, an aqua park and Terra Mitica (large theme park)
The new commercial centre is a 10min walk away, there you can find shops, bars, restaurants a bank and pharmacy.
