The Costa Blanca holiday villa is on one level with sleeping accommodation for 5 people comprising one double, one twin and one single bedroom. Entry to the villa is from the pool terrace.

The layout of the villa provides good security. From the road, entry to the property is through a set of double gates into a large driveway and parking area and access to the villa is gained through a double locked wooden door in the perimeter wall.

There are two bathrooms with one en-suite to the master bedroom. The living area is roomy and bright with access to an outside balcony. The kitchen has been recently modernised and comprises gas hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa has air conditioning.

The pool is 8x4 meters with large surrounding terrace areas and is not overlooked and has poolside and terrace lighting for evening entertaining. There is also an outside barbecue and kitchen area. The garden area is expansive.

A short walk from the villa brings you to the local amenities of Tabaira comprising of pub/restaurants, bakers shop, newspaper shop, hairdresser and a supermarket. The more extensive shopping facilities of Moraira are just three minutes away by car or fifteen minutes walking.
There is also a local taxi service.
