The house is a part of a small new and quiet urbanization, 26 houses, gardens and a communal pool.
The house is built on four levels. Underground large private parking with a storage space and access to the house. First flour, lounger, one bedroom, toilet, kitchen, utility room,rear patio and front garden. Second floor ensuite master bedroom with balcony, two bedrooms, bathroom. Third floor: study/bedroom and a large roof terrace overlooking the sea. It is really a five bedroom house but we mentioned the smallest as a study.
The house comes unfurnished but with a brand new kitchen fully equipped.
Chilches costa is located 10 km east of Malaga, near Rincon de la victoria. The location is very good as it is near the beach, very near to a town with all the amenities and an immediate access to the highway. In some minutes you can get to the large supermarket Mercadona, restaurants, commercial centers etc.
