New 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury house on the Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort. The house has Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board. Fire blanket, extinguisher and smoke alarms are also fitted.
Both bedrooms have twin beds with fitted wardrobes, main bedroom has en-suite shower room and door leading to rear terrace / private garden. The open plan lounge with dining area to seat 4 has 28" TV with Sky Satellite, DVD, Hi-Fi, 2 sofas, coffee table and fireplace. Patio doors leading to sun terrace, BBQ and rear garden with views of shared swimming pool. Rear garden includes 2 sun loungers, large garden table with 4 chairs and parasol. Front garden access to rooftop cupola terrace.
The property is at the heart of the resort, near all the amenities including the 36 bay driving range, clubhouse. The lively town of Fuente Alamo is 5 minutes away. Mazarron (with its beautiful beaches), Cartagena and Murcia are less than 30 minutes drive away.
The resort is gated with 24hr security and has Wi-Fi internet access throughout. There are tennis courts, golf academy.
Towels and linen are included. The house is cleaned for arrival. A mid week clean and additional services can be arranged at an extra cost if required.
