The apartment is located only 30 mins drive from Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports where a car can be hired.
Guardamar beach only 12-15 mins drive.
The apartment is fully equipped for both summer and winter, offering satellite TV so that guests can watch their favourite programmes. There is also a DVD player with selection of films and a portable stereo/CD player. The living/dining area is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and utility room has usual laundry facilities.
There are 2 bedrooms - a double with wonderful views and a twin facing into the complex to the communal pool. There is also a double sofa bed for an extra 2 people. Bedding is supplied. The bathroom has a bath/shower, basin with vanity unit, bidet and w.c. There is a standard continental power point and a hairdryer is provided. There is a safe installed for security of personal possessions.
The balcony has a patio set with 4 chairs plus 2 padded sunbeds. The sun is on the balcony from approx midday till sunset. There is also a small terrace outside the front door.
The park opposite has football pitches, tennis courts, basketball and children’s play area. Just a short walk to the village square where holidaymakers can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the new English bar or relax throughout the day in one of the many other bars. English supermarket only 2 minutes walk.
There are things to do for all the family including water parks/sports, horse-riding, go karting and bowling as well as scenic trips and walks. Markets take place around the area every day of the week - Algorfa market on Wednesdays.
There is a charge for cleaning (40€ up to 4 people and then 10€ per extra person) - paid locally.
