Our brand new holiday townhouse is available for rental all year round.
This holiday home consists of kitchen with cooker/oven/hob,microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer,washing-machine and is well-stocked with ample cutlery/utensils/china and glass.
There is WC and hallway leading the dining-living area with seating for 6.There is a TV and DVD player with selection of DVDs and a CD player with selection of CDs. Patio doors lead onto a small garden with seating and this leads to the communal landscaped gardens and pool area.
On the first floor are a double room with large terrace and en-suite bath-shower room, a further shower room and twin-bedroom. A further staircase leads to the top floor with twin-beds and terrace overlooking pool,gardens and fairway.
There are marble floors throughout and ceiling fans in living area and 1st floor bedrooms.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and property cleaned once a week.Heating is available on request in Winter.
The property has secure underground parking for two cars. As well as the pool, there is a paddle-tennis court for use of residents.
There are several cafes/tapas bars/restaurants/supermarkets and shops closeby. There is also a waterpark and go-karting in the area and miles of beautiful sandy beaches.
There are several other stunning golf courses in the area and our property managers are able to assist with booking of tee times and up to 50% discount on green fees for our clients.
This area is ideal for both golfers and beach lovers and there are lots of places to visit. Portugal is a short 40-min drive away and Seville can be reached in less than an hour.
The property is easily accessed from both Faro and Seville airports.
