This is a new luxury apartment in the 5* resort of La Manga Club in Spain. This 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 people and is centrally located next to Par 47 in the centre of La Manga Club. This apartment is very close to the tennis centre with no steps to climb. La Hacienda del Golf is a new luxury development and this apartment is furnished to a very high standard. Features include marble floors, 5 terraces including sea views, private secure underground car park with direct access to the apartment, communal pool and lanscaped gardens. Excellent location within the club next to Par 47 and entrance opposite the tennis centre. No steep hills!
The apartment has two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one is ensuite and there is a shower room. On the first floor is the living and formal dining area with 2 terraces off with views over the Par 47 golf course and the Mar Menor sea in the distance. Kitchen with all mod cons, table, utility room. Bedroom 3 with terrace and views of the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens, bathroom. On the second floor is a sun terrace with sea views. Below the apartment is the private garage with direct access into the apartment by stairs.
The luxury living area has marble floors, leather upholstery, widescreen TV and DVD (also plays CD's), dining area with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen with everything our guests could want including dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridgefreezer, juicer, coffee machine, mixer, lots of glasses, crockery etc.
There are 5 terraces in total with sun loungers, chairs, table and BBQ not to mention a fabulous views of the resort, Par 47 and the Mar Menor beyond.
There is also a utility area with sink, washer/dryer, ironing board.
Air Conditioning units are in each main room (these also can provide heat). All Linen included. Telephone free around resort - ideal for booking restaurant, tennis etc. External incoming calls only.
Driving distance to beach is approx. 10min.
