This distinctive penthouse apartment, which is one of only four in this small development of 88 properties, is well-suited to almost any kind of holiday. Its peaceful and idyllic location complete with stunning beaches make it a perfect hideaway, just the spot to float away all the cares of the world.
At the same time, its proximity to cultural hotspots such as Seville make it an ideal centre for touring and sight seeing, while the nearby golf courses offer great opportunities for golfers, and the vast sandy beaches are fantastic for kids as well as sunbathers.
It is about 120 meters to the beach, 500 meters to shops, bars, restaurants and the pretty marina. There is a great selection of restaurants serving excellent and varied menus.
The living area comprises app. 120sqm, and the huge, private and unoverlooked terrace is approximately 260sqm. There are 3 double bedrooms, two of which open on to the terrace, and two bathrooms. In addition there is a separate dining area with glazed panels, which can be pushed completely back if it gets too hot.
The terrace is well-equipped with seating and dining furniture, as well as a BBQ and a jacuzzi.
In Isla Canela, you can do as much or as little as you want. This is the perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, for recharging your batteries lazing on the terrace, strolling along the golden sand or along the promenade, or sitting in one of the little bars to watch the boats and the people. Punctuate this with an occasional dip in the pool or the sea, and you may wish for nothing more.
