1 bedroomed apartment consisting of 1 x twin bedroom, which has a large fitted wardrobe with shelf unit and safe inside, it also has a ceiling fan/light.

Ample sized bathroom with toilet, bath,basin bidet and ironing board.

Living room has 2 x sofa beds, tv, stereo/cd and DVD player, draw unit for clothing and coffee table, it also has an american style kitchen which is fully equiped with microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, hob, toaster,cooking utensils, cutlery and crochery, off the lounge with table and 4 dining chairswith ceiling fan/light.

On the balcony there is a patio table and 4 chairs where you can sit and watch the bathers by the pool, the watersport in the bay, and in the evening watch the sun go down behind la gormera.

Football pitch, tennis courts. lifts servicing all floors, disabled access and a lovely family atmosphere.

The complex is within easy reach of all local amenities including only 5 minutes from the beach, large local supermarkets, buses, resturants and bars on every corner. there is a local market on thursdays and saturdays only 10-15 minutes walk. easy access to porto colon where you can find infatable castles etc. in the bay which is protected by breakwaters.

Access to and from the airport is only a 15-20 taxi ride (telephone number in pack). Locals are welcome and friendly and the majority of which speak good English.
