This fine property is constructed on 3 floors and can be accessed from both the first and ground floor.
The front main entrance is on the first floor incorporating a semi-circular front terrace with roman pillars. The ground floor is accessed by either the internal staircase or external door at the rear of the villa. Both external doors and all windows are protected with security grills. The windows are double glazed and complete with roller shutters.
The complex of approx 100 villas was completed in 2003 and is very well established. There is a bar on the complex with a restaurant opening 2004.
The nearest town of San Miguel is a 5 minute drive where there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc. Beaches and golf courses are a 20 minute drive and the town of Torrevieja is the same distance.
The villa is finished and equipped to a very high standard. All floor surfaces are finished in quality ceramic tiles and the kitchen and all bathrooms are fully tiled. The kitchen and lounge/dining area are situated on the first floor with satellite TV and there is a separate lounge on the ground floor with TV/ DVD.
Both lounges have air conditioning/heating units and there are ceiling fans in all rooms.
The kitchen is equipped with fitted units, polished granite work-surfaces, oven/hob/extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, auto washing machine.
The Solarium complete with barbeque area is also accessed via the internal staircase.
To complement this property there is an outside unheated roman type private pool measuring 8 x 4 metres with steps at both shallow 0.8m and deep 1.9m ends.
Please be advised that this rental may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties and a car is essential. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa and pets are not allowed.
