Our two bedroom holiday townhouse is situated halfway between Marbella and Fuengirola and is only 20 minutes from Malaga Airport on a small private complex of 30 houses offering peace and relaxation. Front garden overlooking pool. Just two mins. walk to excellent restaurants, pubs and shops.
The property has two bedrooms, 1 Double Bed, 2 Single Beds + Foldaway, bathroom and shower room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, oven,coffee maker + sandwich maker and all cooking requirements.
The dining room opens into comfortable living room with an entrance door opening onto private garden which overlooks the swimming pool. From the kitchen you can access the large verandah/patio with B.B.Q. facilities. There is also a rooftop solarium where you can enjoy splendid sea views.
Our house offers sun from every angle, on the back verandah before lunch, front garden after lunch and solarium all day long.
Shops, restaurants and nightlife are just a three minute stroll away and it is only six minutes walking distance to the beach. There is a large aquapark in nearby Fuengirola and Gibraltar is one hour drive away.
