This luxurious apartment is set within an exclusive private development, (Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf, Elviria, Marbella) minutes from the beach, local shops, restaurants and golf. It has been designed and built in typical Andalucian style to the highest standards, with a spacious terrace, and is set amongst wild oaks, pine, cork trees overlooking immaculately tended tropical gardens and large swimming pools.

The apartment occupies a corner position and, with a south facing aspect, you can take advantage of the sunshine from dawn till dusk.

There are three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors, with the Master Bedroom opening out onto the main terrace. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and there is a further family shower bathroom.

The open-plan sitting and dining areas are both spacious and comfortable. A single patio door from the dining area leads out on to the side terrace.

The sitting area is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV and DVD. Its large patio doors open out on to the front terrace.

The fully-fitted kitchen provides you with all mod cons: grill, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge freezer. It comes equipped with all the items you need for self-catering holiday: cutlery, crockery, pans, tea towels, oven dishes, etc. There is also a separate utility room, off the kitchen, with a washing machine.

As well as being the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, the spacious terrace is also furnished for ‘al fresco' dining. It provides views of the landscaped gardens, the woodlands that surround the complex and you can keep a close eye on your loved ones in the swimming pool below.
