Additional facilities are: air conditioning, 21-inch TV, DVD and movies, individual heating, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets allowed for an additional fee.
Location
The apartment is in the heart of Madrid, very near Puerta del Sol. In this area you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs. This location is ideal because Madrid's main sights are all reachable by foot, such as the Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, the Prado Museum, and the Royal Palace.
Booking Conditions
Minimum rental period is 3 days. Check-in time is 15:00. Check-out time is 12:00. These times are flexible if there are no other arrivals or departures on the same day. Pets allowed for additional 10 euros per day.
Prepayment of 25% of total is required to confirm reservation. Once we receive your reservation request, we will e-mail you an invoice and instructions to make the prepayment online with credit card or bank transfer. The balance shall be paid in cash upon arrival. On arrival a 150 euro security deposit in cash is required. The deposit will be refunded on departure if there are no damages.
