This three bedroom 8th floor holiday apartment on La Manga del Mar Menor Murcia has views of the pool and surounding area.
The apartment has 1 double, 1 twin & 1 single + pullout bed There are two wc`s, one with bath/shower.
In the lounge/diner there is seating for 6 for dining & in the lounge there is satellite tv, with english channels inc sports/movies, and cd/dvd player.
The kitchen is fully furnished inc f/freezer, microwave, electric hob/oven and washing machine.
All linen is provided except beach towels.
The balcony overlooks the pool and has patio furniture.
There are stairs and two lifts to the apartment. The entrance to the building has a security phone to the apartment.
The apartment is a two minute walk to both the Med & Mar Menor beaches which are gently shelving and ideal for children.
Close by is a food shop,restaurants,9 hole golf green and in high season, boat hire.
The area is very flat and ideal for wheelchairs and buggies with ramps around the complex.
There are local art and craft shops along the "strip" and many harbours and restaurants especially Cabo de Palos, where the large sunday market is held.
A car is recommended to enjoy the best of the area.
A bus-stop is right outside the complex for buses that run the length of the "strip" for non-drivers.
This is a non-smoking apt.
Guests are met on arrival by key-holder and escorted to the apartment.
Many low cost airlines fly to Murcia (45 mins) & Alicante (90 min) airports, where taxis or car hire can be booked in advance.
Welcome pack available inc tea/coffee/bread/milk etc (20 euros)
A 50 euro cleaning charge paid on arrival.
