Located on the 7th floor, right in the very centre of the city within walking distance to the beach and to the old part, next to the Kursaal and in front of the Hotel Maria Cristina.
It enjoys spectacular views of the river, the sea and the whole city centre from its wonderful balcony.
Due to its location, you can enjoy the city and its attractions without having to use the car or other means of transportation.
For film lovers, the International Film Festival of San Sebastian in September takes in The Kursaal, place just a few metres from the building.
This elegant building has 3 porters and daily garbage pick up service at the very door of the apartment.
It has central heating and hot water 24 hours a day.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Pets and young children not allowed (for safety reasons due to its being on the 7th floor and having a balcony).

RENTAL PRICE: €150 for 2, €180 for 3, €200 for 4, €225 for 5, €250 for 6 people per night.
- Seasonal price adjustments: +25.00% from 01 Jul 2007 to 29 Sep 2007.
- Cleaning fee: €40 (Compulsory).
- Parking: €20 per night (optional).
