This is a new holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & plenty of drawer space.
The lounge has a large sofa bed.
All these rooms have cooling/heater fans
The lounge has satellite TV DVD VHS & MP3 also a good selection of DV'D, videos CD'S & board games
The kitchen & utility room come fully equipped
All cutlery crockery & linen (except beach towels) are supplied & there are place settings for 6 people
All floors are connected by lifts & there is reserved secure parking. The 2 fully furnished terraces allow full sun most of the day
Isla Canela beach is 7km long & has been voted the 6 th best in Spain is 0.5 km from the apartment
All the local shops bars restaurants & 4 star hotels are within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. The marina has an English,French,Itailian & several Spanish bars & restaurants also boat & coach trips
Fishing watersports swimming diving tennis bike hire & bird watching can all be found in the marina area
Boat & coach trips can be booked from the marina & hotels
Isla Canela golf course ( reduced rates for residents) is 10 minutes away & there are plenty more within driving distance.
The quiet fishing village of Punta De Moral is a 10 minute stroll around the marina here the bars & restaurants serve freshly caught fish
Ayamonte town is 10 minutes away, this is a lively fishing town & there are plenty of bars & restaurants around the town square. From here you can also take a ferry to Portugal & there is a market on Saturdays
Faro(45mins) & Seville(90mins) airports are connected to Ayamonte by motorway. Low cost airlines fly to both
