Sleeping up to 4 (can be extended to 5 for a baby or small child). This ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is spacious, well equipped, with a terrace & small garden, bright and airy with Canarian style quality pinewood furniture throughout.
The Lounge has a large sofa, (that converts into a double sofa bed), chairs, coffee tables, ceiling fan, decent size television (not a tiny 12" inch portable) which has FREE BBC 1 & 2, ITV1, C4 & 5, a DVD player and Mini HI-Fi system.
The American style kitchen pinewood fitted kitchen and breakfast bar has a 4-ring hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. There is a pinewood dining table with chairs for four. All cutlery and crockery is supplied.
The Bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin in an attractive marble surround, WC & washing machine for your use. Towels are supplied. Hot water is from a 75 litre heater normally found in larger apartments.
The Bedroom has a double bed, 2 pinewood bedside cabinets & lamps, radio/alarm clock, a large full-length pinewood fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, iron, ironing board, safe (FREE) and hair dryer. All linen is provided.
All Linen & Towels are provided. If you wish to have a midweek change this is an extra £20 per change.
The price includes a FREE welcome pack of wine, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and water. A food pack can be arranged - available to your requirements for a further fee.
