Situated within a short distance of a supermarket, restaurants and bars, with a further choice of supermarkets and banks a short drive away. The apartment can sleep up to 5 people and is fully furnished in typical Andalusian style. There are two bedrooms, one double, one twin bedded, both with large built in wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers. Under the sofa is a pull out bed and a baby cot can be arranged. The kitchen is fully fitted kitchen with a utility room with washing machine and microwave. The lounge diner has a settee and armchairs, coffee table, dining room table with chairs, TV, DVD, Sky and a music system. There is a large balcony off the lounge with table and chairs. This is an ideal place for breakfast, lunch etc. The large, private roof terrace comes complete with barbecue, shower and sun loungers. The views from the roof are lovely, the sea to one side and the beautiful mountains to the other side. Just a few minutes walk away from our holiday accommodation, is the eight km long, blue flag, Vera playa beach, which is never overcrowded. There is a water sports centre with equipment hire next to the Valle del Este Beach Club. A short walk from the apartment is the only waterpark in the area, open between May and September.

The rental includes all linen, towels (not beach towels) and hairdryers.

Short driving distance to 4 golf courses, Mojacar playa and the lovely fishing town of Garrucha.
