The approach to the villa is, in our opinion, like a scene from a picture postacrd, the streets are lined with palm trees and the skies are almost always blue.
The Villa has satellite tv, video, dvd player, cd player, dining room table and chairs, 3pc suite and reclining chair.
The two bedrooms are furnished in a traditional Spanish style, with built in wardrobes.
In the first bedroom there is a double bed with French doors opening onto a rear terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds, with a pullout drawer style bed to accommodate an extra person.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast bar, utility room, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, toaster, fridge freezer etc.
The villa has two terraces - one overlooking a small pretty front garden with different varieties of plants providing a rainbow of colour. It also has a palm and an orange tree. The rear terrace overlooks a very pretty stream, which runs along the back of the villa. This is lit at night with different coloured lights. Both terraces are furnished with patio tables and chairs.
There is a spacious roof solarium, furnished with patio table, chairs, large parasol, reclining loungers, bbq and garden shower.
The communal pool is next door to the villa and has a two tier waterfall effect, dividing the pool into two levels. There are many inflatables to choose from to use in the childrens section of the pool, which is only accessible by keyholders.
The weather here even in winter has a lowest average temperature of 17c & with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, makes this a wonderful choice to relax and enjoy year after year.
