We would like to invite you to rent our holiday villa at Villamartin near Torrevieja on the beautiful Spanish Costa Blanca.
This luxury detached villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, enough to sleep 6 people. The property is well equipped and has air conditioning, satellite TV and access to 2 large swimming pools. Some of the best golf courses in Spain and lots of wonderful beaches are only a few minutes drive away, so this is an ideal villa to rent for a golf or beach holiday.
Costa Blanca is the healthiest part of the world according to The World Health Organisation and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The area has numerous beaches, golf courses and regular local markets. History and culture is combined with a luxury beach resort and fantastic amenities with everything you need for a fantastic Spanish villa holiday.
Villamartin is situated 10 kms from the main town of Torrevieja and is a beautifully landscaped development which provides magnificent surroundings not only for the golfer, for which it is best known, but in fact for the whole family.
Facilities at Villamartin include, a club house, tennis, swimming, green bowls, horse riding. At the Plaza there are many bars and restaurants from which to choose, plus banks, hair salon, supermarkets, medical centre, cycle hire.
The villa is about 40 minutes from Alicante airport and only 20 minutes from Murcia airport.
