The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs with balconies overlooking the golf course and sea at the front and the mountains at the rear. Further bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have fans.
Two bath/shower room (one upstairs on downstairs).

The villa is on a large plot situated within its own professionally landscaped gardens. Pleasant private terrace with furniture and barbecue ideal for enjoying those lovely Canarian sunny days!.
The house is a stonesthrow from the 18th tee, and just 50 yds from the 2 private communal pools with ample sunbeds. This is for the sole use of the Community.
A courtesy bus runs from the nearby Elba Palace Hotel to the Atlantico Centre and on to Caleta itself. The Atlantico Centre has a number of good up market shops, and excellent supermarket stocking a wide variety of fresh meat, fish and vegetables, bowling alley and cinema.
The town of Caleta is a family friendly resort with a beautiful horseshoe shaped sandy beach. There is a pleasant marina area for the energetic to hire pedaloes, jet skis, try their hand at diving or a number of other water sports. There is also boat charter available, and as dolphins are frequently spotted within the bay, this is highly recommended! Nightlife in Caleta is generally low key (no 18-30 style nightclubs here) and tends to focus around the bars and restaurants within the town where there is a wide variety of food catering to all tastes and budgets.
