Villa is set amongst orange groves in Gandia where the Spanish life and customs are unaffected by tourism. The local bars are 3 mins walk and fresh bread is delivered daily.
The lively and historic town of Gandia is 10 mins drive and the beautiful golden beaches just 15 mins .Valencia is 1 hour by car or less by train. A car is essential to enjoy this unspoilt area.
The downstairs apartment , which is totally self contained, has a large lounge/dining room bed settee, CD player, Video and DVD, American style kitchen with full oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. It has a double en-suite bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (which can accommodate a third bed or cot) single room plus a shower room and outside a private garden with , shower and barbeque.
The upstairs apartment has an very large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen plus utility room and includes full oven, fridge/freezer,washing machine and dishwasher, T.V. with sky and video ,DVD. The 2 double bedrooms are both large and airy with fitted wardrobes and the bathroom has a large corner bath with shower .
Outside there are breathtaking views , swimming pool with large shallow end making it ideal for children, sunbathing terraces either side, pretty gardens and fish pond. There are another 2 large terraces, barbeque and outside shower.
The villa was totally refurbished in 2004 and is tastefully and comfortably furnished.
Alicante airport is approx. 1 hour 20 mins drive away and Valencia airport 1 hour. Most low cost airlines travel to one or both of these airports and inexpensive flights are readily available throughout the year.
