The White Swan is a beautifully restored farmhouse set in 2 acres of land, including orchards and beautiful gardens, with no near or overlooking neighbours.
The grounds are completely fenced in allowing safe and secure parking.

This enormous apartment covers the whole upper floor of the farmhouse, it has 3 very large double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom.
The beautiful bathroom has large bath with shower, bidet, toilet and basin with vanity area.
The kitchen is a very nice size, with fan assisted oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the other utensils that you would have in your own home.
A very large dining room with seating for 8 people. It is adjoined to the sunlounge which is equipped with sofas and comfortable chairs. Also here there is a Dvd player.

Outside on the covered patio and also uncovered patio there are tables and chairs and night lighting to enable dining and socializing in the warm evening air.
The apartment is well suited to large families, where extra child beds can be put into the rooms or just as well suited to four couples.

The local area consists of firstly to the east the hills and mountains of the Garraff, which separates Barcelona from the Costa Garraff.
The first resort is the beautiful historic town of Sitges. The next town being Vila Nova, a great place for shopping with a lovely promenade and beaches. The next our local town of Cubelles a typical Spanish town with 3 km of beautiful beaches, shops, restaraunts and railway station within two miles of the farmhouse.
Making trips to Barcelona and anywhere along the coast very easy and cheap, with a return ticket to the tourist attractions in Barcelona for around 5 euros.
